An in-room visit requires permission
Being a hotel guest does not automatically permit a visiting clinician. Check reception’s visitor policy and identify the actual hotel, room and entrance. The named hotels used as geographic references on this site are not THEDROP partners. Coverage and venue access are confirmed separately.
Build time around your itinerary
Share your arrival and check-out plans and leave a practical buffer before meetings or transport. If your flight is delayed, update the request. Ask the clinician about the expected appointment and observation time for your actual plan. Do not assume every infusion fits within a short gap between activities.
Private assessment, individual decisions
A travel or hangover enquiry still needs a clinical history and consent. For a group staying together, each guest needs a separate assessment and a private conversation. Hotel staff or a friend should not select someone else’s ingredients. Symptoms suggesting significant illness may need a medical facility instead of in-room care.
Questions to bring to your consultation
- What is the reason for this visit setting, and could another approach be more suitable?
- Who is responsible for assessment, prescribing and monitoring, and how can I verify their professional status?
- What is the complete price in KES, expected appointment time and follow-up plan?
Questions before you choose
Are you affiliated with the hotels named on location pages?
No affiliation or access agreement is implied. Hotel names are geographic references only.
Can several guests share a booking?
You can discuss coordination, but each guest needs individual suitability, consent, pricing and sufficient appointment time.
